  • Yes. To unlock the door and shop, you need to first create an account.

  • We reserve a small fee to verify payment. Once verified, you are refunded.

  • Once you've registered, you can open the door in the app. You must stand close to the door to be able to open it, it doesn't work from a distance.

  • When you have entered the store, you can press "Start shopping" in the app. By scanning the item's barcode (or the price tag on the edge of the shelf), the item is added to your shopping cart. When you are done, you proceed to payment.

  • When you look at the shopping cart on your mobile, you will see plus and minus buttons next to each item. There you can easily add or subtract numbers. If you want to empty the entire shopping cart, press the trash can at the top right corner.

  • When you have finished shopping, press the cart symbol in the top right corner. Here you will see the items you added. Make sure its correct and then press "Pay" and the money is deducted from the card you registered in the app.

  • In the app under "Account" you will find your receipts from completed purchases.

  • For questions regarding price, assortment and complaints, contact us in the store during our staffed opening hours. For other questions, press "Contact us" in the app.
